This policy explains how your personal data is handled when you visit creatuneagency.com or contact us. It follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

What we process

  • Contact data: the name, phone number, username, channel link and message you share when you write to us on WhatsApp, email or Instagram.
  • Form data: the name, channel address, platform and notes you enter in the Channel Check form.
  • Visit statistics (only with your consent): pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type. IP addresses are anonymised.
  • Technical logs: server logs kept by our host for security and operation (IP, time, requested page).

Why

  • To reply to quotes and project requests, run the project and deliver it.
  • To prepare and send your Channel Check review.
  • To understand which parts of the site work and improve it (only with your consent).
  • To keep the site secure and meet legal obligations.

Legal basis

Contact and form data: steps prior to and performance of a contract, and legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), (f)). Visit statistics: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time in cookie settings.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We use these service providers to run the site; some are outside your country:

  • Netlify (hosting and forms) — USA.
  • Google Analytics (visit statistics, only with consent) — USA/EU.
  • Meta / WhatsApp, Instagram (messaging) — USA/EU.
  • YouTube (video embeds, loaded when you play a video) — USA.

How long we keep it

Messages and project records for the duration of our working relationship and any legal retention period; form submissions for up to 12 months; visit statistics for 14 months, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to tunelab@creatuneagency.com; we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
